From June 23rd to 26th, the "International Symposium on Contemporary Dialogue and Educational Practice of Chinese and Western Music Culture" jointly sponsored by the School of Music and Dance of NENU and the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges of NENU was held on Jingyue Street Campus. The symposium brought together top scholars from renowned universities and art institutions at home and abroad, such as Bologna Conservatory of Music in Italy, University of South Carolina in the United States, Royal Dutch Opera House, Central Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Soochow University, etc., and attracted more than 200 teachers and students from Monash University in Australia, China University of Political Science and Law, Nanjing Institute of Art, Capital Normal University and other institutions.
