Recently, National Training Program of education ministry---2016 Aid Project of Rural Principals in Remote Areas, a training class of NENU, was held by NENU. 50 rural principals from remote poor areas of 14 provinces attended the training. A three-stage-training mode is adopted including centralized training, online and back-to-practice training, and school guidance to help trainees understand basic requirements of the principals' professional standards, master basic methods as being principal and improve abilities of running school in accordance with the law.
