The Center for
Faculty Development of Northeast Normal University held the first activity of “Academic Forum on Teaching in NENU” with the theme of “the way of professional
development for university teachers---the combination of teaching and
scientific research” on April 15th, 2015.
“Academic Forum
on Teaching in NENU” is aimed
at responding to the confusions commonly encountered by teachers in their developmental
process of instruction, and to some hot issues concerned, playing the famous
teachers’ leading role, promoting the exchange of experience in teaching and
research, and creating a good cultural atmosphere for teaching. Professor Gai
Xiaosong from Faculty of Education, Professor Zhou Gonggu from School of History
and Culture, and Professor Li Jinhuan from School of Physics
are invited as keynote speakers in the first period of the forum.
